When people ask me what I do as an Account Manager at Link Creative, I usually say something like, “I make sure the client experience is seamless from start to finish.” But the truth is, it’s so much more than that. 

Account management is part translator, part project manager, part strategist – and 100% relationship builder.

    As the Account Manager, I keep everything moving – reviewing drafts, facilitating feedback loops, and making sure what we’re producing aligns with both client goals and Link Creative standards.

    Pro tip: The best creative work happens when clients feel involved without feeling overwhelmed. That balance is everything.

    Whether we’re hitting “publish” on a new website or going live with a paid media campaign, launches are always exciting – but they’re just the beginning.

    We monitor performance, gather early insights, and make tweaks as needed. I check in regularly with clients to make sure they’re feeling confident and supported every step of the way.
