Link Creative terms of use & fulfillment policy
Overview
These Terms of Use and Fulfillment Policy outline how Link Creative (“we,” “our,” “us”) collaborates with clients (“you”), delivers work, and manages projects. By engaging with us or using our website, you agree to these terms.
Our goal is to maintain clear expectations, efficient communication, and a highquality experience throughout our partnership.
Scope of Services
All services — including branding, design, content production, social media, paid media, website development, AI optimization, and consulting — follow the scope defined in your signed proposal or agreement.
Any work added outside that scope will require written approval and may include additional costs. We always confirm these changes before proceeding.
Timelines & Project Delivery
Project timelines depend on:
- Agreed scope and deliverables
- Client feedback and approval speed
- Timely availability of assets (copy, imagery, brand files, logins, etc.)
We aim to hit every deadline, but timelines may shift if approvals or assets are delayed. If adjustments are needed, we’ll communicate proactively and update the roadmap.
For ongoing retainers, deliverables follow your monthly strategy, content, and production calendar.
Revisions
Each project or retainer includes a set number of revisions outlined in your agreement.
Additional rounds or major creative changes may incur extra fees. We’ll always confirm any cost changes with you before moving forward.
Payments & Billing
Billing terms follow the structure in your agreement — whether projectbased, monthly retainer, or hybrid.
Work begins once the initial payment/deposit is received.
Late or missing payments may temporarily pause work until the account is current.
Cancellations & Pausing Services
For monthly retainers, we require 30 days written notice to pause or cancel services. Fixedscope projects follow the cancellation terms tied to their milestones and progress. All completed work up to the cancellation date will be delivered and invoiced accordingly.
Client Responsibilities
To keep projects on schedule, we rely on clients to:
- Provide all necessary assets on time
- Share clear, consolidated feedback
- Approve deliverables within the agreed review windows
- Maintain open communication throughout the project
Delays in these areas may affect delivery timelines.
Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, all finished deliverables become your property.
Link Creative retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, website, presentations, and social channels unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Some deliverables may contain licensed thirdparty assets (fonts, stock, music), which remain subject to their respective licensing terms.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat all shared information, credentials, data, and materials as confidential. We do not share or disclose client information to external parties without permission.
Digital Advertising & Ad Spend
For paid media services:
- You maintain ownership of your ad accounts
- Ad spend is billed directly through your advertising platforms
- We never mark up or take a percentage of your ad spend
Our focus is on efficient use of budget and highperformance results.
Communication & Availability
We communicate through your dedicated account manager, email, shared communication channels, and scheduled review meetings.
Our team works standard business hours (CST). Urgent items are addressed as quickly as possible.
Website Usage & Content Ownership
All material on linkcreativeco.com — including copy, graphics, images, case studies, and branding — is owned by Link Creative.
You may not reuse, distribute, or replicate any content without written permission.
Performance & Liability
We operate with a resultsdriven approach, but we cannot guarantee specific revenue, lead volume, or sales outcomes.
Performance varies based on budget, industry, competition, market conditions, and client participation.
Updates to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or business practices. The “Last updated” date will always reflect the latest version.
